Order your photo prints directly to your door with home delivery

Delivery and pricing information

All product prices quoted on our site or app do not include shipping. Discover more about our home delivery options and costs, as well as printing and delivery times.

We offer the following delivery options:

USPS Eco

The average standard delivery time is 9-15 business days, although most orders arrive before that. Please note with this option, your package is not tracked with door-to-door shipping. Once the package is handed off to USPS, we are unable to track your prints. You can find more details under “How long will it take to receive my order?”.

 

UPS Standard

Usually delivered within 5-7 business days of dispatch. You can find more details under “How long will it take to receive my order?”.

 

UPS Rush

Usually delivered within 2-3 business days of dispatch. You can find more details under “How long will it take to receive my order?”.

For UPS Standard and UPS Rush home delivery the delivery costs may be a bit higher, but you will receive your order much faster, with door-to-door tracking.

Shipping and Home Delivery FAQs

  • Q: What happens to my order once I click “submit?”

    A:

    We custom-print every photo, card, and product in our printing lab in the US. Some products take longer to make than others, and we always want to get your items to you as soon as each one is ready! This means that, if you place an order which includes several different items, you might not receive all your products at the same time.

    Once we’ve made an item from your order, we’ll ship it so you receive it as soon as possible. We deliver your order via our reliable shipping partners – UPS or USPS. We’ll also send you a shipping notification email including the estimated delivery date.

    If you place several orders shortly after one another, we’re afraid we can’t combine them.

  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    A:

    Every order is custom made and usually takes between 1 and 3 business days to be printed in our printing lab (depending on the product). Once it’s ready we’ll hand it over to one of our trusty shipping partners, who usually take 2-7 business days to deliver tracked and express orders and 9-15 business days to deliver untracked orders. 

    You can find out estimated delivery dates before you order at the checkout. If you’ve already ordered, you can click on the link to our support system for more information at the bottom of your order confirmation email. We’ll always email you with shipping information once your order has left our lab. 

  • Q: It’s now past the date I was supposed to receive my order and I still haven’t got it. What is the cause of the delay?

    A:

    Our printing lab and shipping partners work hard together to get your order to you on time, but there may still be rare occasions where your order could be delayed. If this happens, we’ll always do everything we can to make sure we can deliver your order as soon as possible.

    For UPS Ground and UPS Rush orders, if there’s a delay with the delivery, you can click the tracking link we send you by email for more information with updated delivery dates.

  • Q: How can I order Home Delivery prints?

    A:

    Head over to our partner websites Minute Photo or Photo Print to choose your photos and photo products to be delivered to your home! Or scroll down to download the apps for your smartphone.

  • Q: I just got an email saying the order has been shipped but the tracking link on the email does not work or says the item is not with UPS. Has it been lost?

    A:

    You’ll be able to track your order once it is with UPS after leaving the printing lab (this is when we activate the tracking link we sent you via email). Occasionally, it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

  • Q: I ordered two different products. The first one has arrived but the second one has not. Has it been lost?

    A:

    Don’t worry, it’s not lost! If there are multiple items in your order, we sometimes need to print and ship them separately so we can get them to you as quickly as possible. Orders can arrive separately and sometimes with delays between the different packages.

  • Q: I need further help with my shipping and tracking information.

    A:

Please note our offices are closed on the weekends and we may experience some delay in returning your email.
