Wrong Sized Prints

I received photo prints in the incorrect size

You should only receive prints in the formats that were requested in your order submission. Should you receive the wrong size for a print or should you receive unwanted copies of a print in different sizes, please know that you do not have to accept those pictures.

In-store Pickup

It is a very good idea to review the prints in your envelope before leaving the store. This will allow you to assess whether there are any discrepancies between your order and what you are being given.

If you notice that a photo has been printed on the wrong size before leaving the store, you can ask the Walgreens Photo Service employee to reprint a new one. If, however, you have already left the store when you realize that you have the wrong format, you have two solutions:

  1. You may return to the store with the print and your receipt to request a refund or a reprint. Depending on the store, please either go straight to the Photo Center or to the register.
  2. You can resubmit a new order for the photo with the corrected format and request a refund for the first order when picking up the new one. (Be sure to return to the store with the initial order to request the reimbursement.)

If you are unsure whether or not the photo was printed with the correct format, you can review your order history.

For every photo that was submitted, you can verify which format and how many copies were ordered in the ORDER section.

NB: Refunds for photos printed with the wrong format can only be provided by the store from which they were initially purchased. It is not possible to receive credit on the app, nor is it possible to return photos to a different store for reimbursement.

Home Delivery

If the wrong sized print was shipped to you, you may request a reprint by sending an email to rose+shipping@pictarine.com within 30 days of the receipt of the photo. Please be sure to attach a photo of the print to the email with either another print or an object next to it to provide the scale for the image.

If you do not wish to receive a new print, you may ask for a refund if you were given a smaller photo. If you received a larger photo, refunds are not possible. Please send your request via email to rose+shipping@pictarine.com. Again, please be sure to include an attached photo of the print.
