We understand this is a difficult time for all of us, and here at Pictarine, we want you to know that we are here for you. The last thing we want is for ordering photos to become another thing that you worry about. You’ve sent us questions about our photo printing process as well as home delivery, and this FAQ is here to answer any questions you might have! We will continue to update this page, regarding this ever-changing situation.
Yes! Walgreens stores are still open as they are pharmacies and on the list of approved businesses. We ask that you practice social distancing and try to limit your time in the stores to help protect the safety of yourself and others. A great way to do this is to use the Photo Print app to order your prints from the security of your own home, and to avoid touching the kiosks.
Firstly, thanks for doing your part to flatten the curve! Secondly, no worries, we will hold your prints in store for you. Call the store to confirm that they can keep your prints until you are able to come and pick them up!
Indeed we are! For the moment, we are still operating normally in regard to the processing, printing, and shipping of photo orders.
If your package is late or there are delays, please excuse us in advance. We are doing everything we can to keep you informed and send your prints with the minimum delay! We know that your photos are important and we want to let you know that our team is working our hardest to not let you down!
We ask that you call your Walgreens as this may vary from store to store.
While we don’t normally recommend this method because of the waste generated, we also understand these are abnormal circumstances. If possible, please contact your Walgreens store to let them know you would like to cancel your order.
You can easily re-order your previous orders in the app by going to My Orders in the upper left-hand corner on the screen. From there simply click Reorder and change the Delivery Mode on the checkout screen!
Your security, as well as the safety of our employees and delivery drivers, is of utmost importance. Rest assured that the labs used to print your products & photos take the necessary precautions to reduce the spread of disease. Extra measures have been taken to increase the sanitation of our labs and the equipment.
With these new security measures, we have done everything we can to reduce the risk of accidental contact with the virus. According to recent scientific knowledge, the virus can stay on cardboard and paper surfaces for up to 24 hours and up to 72 hours on surfaces such as metal or plastic.
USPS continues to ship and deliver normally.
We hear you and we are here to respond to your questions. Don’t hesitate to write to us at rose+corona@pictarine.com for any other questions you may have.
