Poorly Cropped Prints. [UPD Jan, 2024 we work on it]
I received photo prints that were cropped incorrectly
We are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the way your print(s) were cropped. Each photo is displayed in the cart as it should be printed, but a few millimeters around the edge may also be cut during printing. This depends entirely on the printer.
We try to prevent this from happening, but if there is indeed a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, know that you can request that the photo be reprinted and that you do not have to accept any photos with which you aren’t entirely satisfied!
We always recommend verifying the prints in your envelope before leaving the store to make sure that the quality and crops of every photo are to your liking. Should you find an unsatisfactory print, you may refuse the purchase of this picture and request a reprint.
A Photo Center technician may tell you that a reprint will not fix the problem if the image submitted in the order was poorly cropped. You can review the crop of a photo in your order history.
If you discover the poorly cropped print after leaving the store, you may return with the print and your receipt to request a refund or a reprint. Depending on the store, please either go straight the Photo Center or to the register.
NB: Refunds for poorly cropped photos can only be provided by the store from which they were initially purchased. It is not possible to receive credit on the app, nor is it possible to return photos to a different store for reimbursement.
If the image that was poorly cropped was shipped to you, you may request a reprint by sending an email to [email protected] within 30 days of the receipt of the defective photos. Please be sure to include a photo of the print with the bad crop.
NB: Please note that prints are not considered poorly cropped if the photos submitted to the Photo Print app are themselves improperly cropped.
If you do not wish to receive a reprint of any defective photos, you may request a refund via email to [email protected]. Again, please be sure to include an attached photo of the poorly cropped pictures.
