I need to cancel my photo print order
It is not currently possible to cancel an order once it has been submitted via the app. We, therefore, ask that you:
- Review your cart thoroughly.
- Submit your order only when you are entirely satisfied with its contents.
- If needed, ask your chosen store to cancel the order. The store's phone number can be found in your order history.
Note: You are not obligated to accept any photos you find to be of subpar quality. You reserve the right to decline an order, and this decision will not negatively affect your future orders.
